Initial Roof Inspection

Old Roof Removal
We remove all old roofing materials, including damaged membrane, insulation and debris.
This step ensures the structure is clean, solid and ready for a proper new installation.
A clean and stable base is essential for a long-lasting flat roof system.

Surface Preparation & Base Installation
At this stage we prepare the entire roof deck with new materials.
Depending on the project, we install plywood or metal panels, add insulation to the required thickness, and secure everything using roofing plates and screws.
We also apply the protective base layer to ensure the roof is stable, level, and ready for the final membrane installation.

Torch-On Membrane Installation
With the roof deck fully prepared, we begin installing the IKO Torch-On 250 membrane.
We apply the membrane carefully and evenly to guarantee a strong, watertight seal.
Clients can choose the membrane color they prefer, and we ensure every section is bonded perfectly for maximum durability and protection.
